Non-discrimination Policy

IEMD Graduate Business School is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all members of our community and to ensuring that executive educational and employment decisions are based on individuals’ abilities and qualifications. Accordingly, we do not practice or condone unlawful discrimination in any form against participants, employees or applicants on the grounds of race, colour, religion, creed, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.

Discrimination based upon race, colour, religion, creed, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or sexual orientation is in violation of our policy, and will not be tolerated.

Retaliation against any person complaining of discrimination is in violation of our policy, and will not be tolerated.

We will respond promptly to all complaints of discrimination and retaliation. Violation of this policy can result in serious disciplinary action up to and including expulsion for participants or discharge for employees.

Disciplinary action for violations of this policy will be the responsibility of the President. We hereby affirms its desire to maintain a work environment for all employees and an academic environment for all faculty and participants that is free from all forms of unlawful discrimination and free from discrimination. We strive to maintain an environment that supports and rewards individuals on the basis of such relevant factors as ability, merit and performance.
